Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your EU withdrawal right (14 days)

If you buy digital content or services from us as a consumer under a distance contract, EU law gives you the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund.

Digital content exception

For digital content delivered immediately (for example, unlocking features in our apps), the withdrawal right ends when delivery begins — but only if you first gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right. We will always ask for that consent at checkout before charging you.

2. Faulty or non-conforming digital content

Independent of withdrawal, if purchased digital content does not work as described or is defective, EU and Spanish consumer law entitles you to have it brought into conformity — through repair, replacement, a price reduction or, where appropriate, a refund. Contact us and we will make it right.

3. Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from the app or by writing to us.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not charge partial-period fees on cancellation.
• If you cancel during the statutory withdrawal window after paying, section 1 applies.

4. Purchases made through app stores

If you purchase our apps or in-app items through Apple's App Store or Google Play, those platforms also process refunds under their own policies, and their rules may apply alongside ours. In any case you can always contact us directly and we will help.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

1. Write to gumgumlabs@gmail.com.
2. Include the email used for the purchase and, if available, the order number or receipt reference.
3. Tell us briefly what happened (optional, but it helps us improve).

For approved withdrawals we will reimburse using the same payment method within 14 days, in accordance with EU rules. Refunds requested through Stripe follow Stripe's standard processing times once issued.

6. Client software projects

For development and consulting services provided to businesses, cancellations and refunds are governed by the written agreement for each project.

7. Your statutory rights are not affected
